- 01. Deposits -

Deposits for all projects are 30% of your quote total, but don't worry... 

this is not an additional fee, just a booster for your project so we can hit the ground running before the shoot even starts.​

Once our Deposit invoice has been sent, you will receive 30 days to pay the outstanding balance. Failure to do so could result in losing your booking slot.

- 02. Amendments -

If you are unhappy with the result of your project, - firstly, that sucks - 

Second, we aim to work with you until your happy Completely Free of Charge.

However, your amendments must qualify with the following information:​​

A) Your amendment submission is a minor tweak. Not a major tweak. 

(Please see our 'Service info'  for definitions) 

B) An amendment cannot be added to a project after you have received a final invoice of service.​​​

​

If you wish to amend a project that has already been completed,

this will be treated as a new quote.

- 03. Re-Shoots -

In case the amendments aren't quite cutting it, you can claim a Re-Shoot.

All services are 60% OFF when booking a re-shoot on your project.

Your project means a lot to us. And if your not satisfied, then neither are we.

- 05. Project Privacy -

All data in your project(s) will be strictly for the project owner's use and distribution.

We will only share data with others unless you have authorised us to do so.
